    USCGC Reliance will be mooring up at USCG Base Portsmouth, VA  18 AUG 1100 EST. Upon arrival, USCGC Reliance will need assistance from a tug to moor up at the pier (Ref. A).

      1. Vendor shall provide services to assist USCGC Reliance via tug boat to moor to USCG Base Portsmouth Pier.  For additional information or requirements, please coordinate with Cutter Point of Contact, ENS Matt Lubin, Matthew.F.Lubin@uscg.mil.

      1. Contractor shall perform site visit at USCG Base Portsmouth, VA:

      1. Period of Performance for services is August 18, 2025. USCGC Reliance will arrive to UCG Base Portsmouth at 1100 Eastern Time.

      1. Contractor shall comply with all required base access / security requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal safety and environmental regulations.
