SCOPE

Vendor shall provide maneuvering assistance vis tug boat in USCGC Reliance’s mooring to Base Portsmouth, VA and Colona's Shipyard.

BACKGROUND

USCGC Reliance will be mooring up at USCG Base Portsmouth, VA 18 AUG 1100 EST. Upon arrival, USCGC Reliance will need assistance from a tug to moor up at the pier in addition to assitance departing Base Portsmouth at 20 AUG 2025 at 0800 in transit to Colona Shipyard (Ref. A).
