STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)
FOR
ALLIED SYSTEMS BOAT DAVIT MODEL DDP11000CTS
CGC STONE is experiencing issues with the dual point davit raising and lowering the FWD and AFT falls at varying rates, causing a loss of functionality of the constant tension winch system and misalignment of the hooks. The cutter has bypassed safety systems for emergency operation and can only operate in calm sea states.
The goal is for OEM techincal representative to troubleshoot the dual point davit constant tension, encoders, and related systems on CGC STONE.

The inspection shall include operatiCOLon of the dual point davit and the Constant Tension System while the cutter is at the pier, and verification of operation while cutter is underway.

After performing underway evaluation, cutter shall return technical representative to vicinity of Panama City, Panama
