Box 9731, Stratford, CT. 06615 for the procurement of four (4) DDSR retrofit kits and for the installation of four (4) DDSR and DI-Medium retrofit kits for the CH-53K aircraft.
The proposed contract action(s) identified above are those for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Type of Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.”
