Notice of Intent to Solicit From a Single Source
The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ) on behalf of Homeland Securtiy Investigations (HSI) Cyber Crimes Center (C3), intends to solicit from a single-source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(b) (FAR Class Deviation 25-11) to Chainalysis Government Solutions, LLC. for Chainalysis forensic software and support services to assist in criminal investigations. This contract will be a modification to raise the ceiling on an existing single-award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract (70CMSD22D00000004), which was awarded to Chainalysis.
The Contracting Officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on the capabilites of the source. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for quote (RFQ). A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government Contracting Officer.
