Under this contract this includes removal and disposal of all existing casework on a one-for-one basis. This requirement is for new custom commercial kitchen grade worktables installed in tandem for a serving line arrangement. (See Canteen Floor Plan).
Description of installation: The Contractor shall provide all labor, hardware and materials, contractor’s own tools and equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary to satisfy the needs of this requirement. Refer to the drawing for the locations of each worktable.
The contractor shall complete this work within ten (10) business days of the onset of the work. The work shall begin two weeks, (10) business days of award.
All debris, dust and dirt shall be cleaned up on a daily basis by the contractor. Debris of any kind shall be removed off-site by the contractor.
The contractor(s) shall be available to meet at the site within ten (10) days of contract award, in person at the building site. Time and date will be determined by the COR.
