The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Chemical Vegetation Control Services, West Hill Dam, Uxbridge, MA. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall provide all equipment, materials, permits and labor to perform the chemical vegetation control services at the West Hill Dam Project. The West Hill Dam Project includes total of approximately 17.4 acres. The areas require maintenance spraying and spot treatments of vegetation on rock slopes, drainage areas, dam structures and fields. Chemical Utilization Spray Reports shall be submitted upon completion of chemical herbicide application. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include, but not be limited to, all job planning, programming, scheduling, administration, inspection, personnel, equipment, vehicles, fuel, materials, supplies, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform the various services required. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 561730 with a Small Business Size Standard of $9.5 Million. ALL VENDORS MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN SAM.GOV AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE.
