CHEMISTRY AND IMMUNOASSAY COST PER REPORTABLE RESULT (CPRR)

This solicitation is for a firm-fixed price contract for Chemistry and Immunoassay Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) for Bassett Army Community Hospital, AK. 

This is a CPRR requirement and the Contractor shall provide two (2) Chemistry Analyzers that can test clinical chemistry and immunodiagnostic samples; that shall also include reagents, calibrators, and consumables/supplies. The system shall connect to the existing Navify/Infinity middleware, or it must have its own middleware. Peripherals (e.g., Uninterruptable Power Sources (UPS), instrument specific computers, Computer Processing Units (CPU), printers, barcode scanners, terminals, monitors, etc. shall be included as well. The Contractor shall also provide training, unscheduled maintenance, and scheduled preventive maintenance for the system. This requirement is for a one-year Base Period of 01 October 2025 – 30 September 2026, plus four one-year options, and is being solicited 100% Unrestricted.

This procurement is being conducted under FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code for this proposed procurement is 325413 and the size standard is 1250 employees.  All contractors are required to be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) registry with NAICS Code 325413 prior to award. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued and no solicitation mailing list will be compiled.   The Contracting Officer is Mr. Riley R.
