CHEMISTRY TESTING - COST PER REPORTABLE RESULT

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office-Europe intends to issue a solicitation for one (1) automated chemistry analyzer and reagents in support of the laboratory mission at U.S. Army Health Clinic - Vicenza in Vicenza, Italy. The successful offeror shall furnish all equipment, reagents, consumables, controls, and any necessary maintenance to the respective laboratories for the purpose of chemistry testing under a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) CLIN structure. All parts, equipment and reagents/consumables shall be supplied and serviced through the Contractor.

The resulting contract will be a Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with one (1) five-year ordering period.  The anticipated ordering period is approximately 30 June 2025 to 31 May 2030.

The NAICS code for this solicitation is 324513, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing with a size standard of 1,250 employees.

Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation process will be used. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. A draft of the contract requirements is attached.
