All other terms and conditions remain the same ****************************************************************************************************************************************************** The contractor shall provide all labor (including employee training), materials, equipment, supervision, and supplies as necessary to provide industrial and general cleaning services in the Central Heat and Power Plant (CHPP) at Eielson AFB. Due to the industrial nature of the required cleaning, there will be hazardous working conditions including combustible coal dust, heat exposure and heat exhaustion. Work shall require the use of equipment such as ladders, lifts, scaffolding, mops, explosion-proof vacuum, respirators, fall protection, etc. Must comply with all applicable 29 CFR 1910 OSHA General Industry Regulations. Provide certification and must be on site and available for review at all times. Services shall be performed on all vertical and horizontal surfaces in the plant including but not limited to all walls, floors, stairwells, structural beams, piping, ducts, generators, equipment, and control panels. The cleaning of all vertical and horizontal surfaces requires removing build-up of coal/ash dust particles, grease, oil, and goes well beyond normal dusting service.
