PROJECT: CIMARRON DISTRICT OFFICE ROOF RECOATING

Work for this project requires the contractor to be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, utilities, miscellaneous
items, freight and delivery, and all necessary valid licenses and permits. The work being performed is to clean the existing roof with a power washer and to spray on a new coating for the metal roof. This coating will be sprayed upon the existing coating from 2020. Work is anticipated to take less than a week to start and complete. The duration and timeframe of the Period of Performance has been given to account for inclement weather during the summer months. A site visit was held on May 13, 2025, after issuance of the Pre-solicitation for this project in April 2025. An attendees list for the site visit will be included in an upcoming amendment. Additional site visits are not anticipated. Photos are included as Attachment 3.
