CLIFTON QUARTERS SIDING AND ROOFING ON THE APACHE-SITGREAVES NF, AZ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

Construction services for requisition 1152088, Clifton Quarters Siding and Roofing on the Clifton Ranger District of the Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest. Project will include necessary expertise, labor, materials, equipment, tools, and supervision to purchase, construct, install, and test all necessary system components for the Clifton Quarters Siding and Roofing. This project includes the removal of existing roofing and siding and replacement with steel roofing and siding for three FEMA trailers that serve as Forest Service Quarters located on the Clifton District behind the Clifton Ranger Station in accordance with the plans and specifications.

This procurement is set aside for 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code is 238160 and the Small Business Size Standard is $19M.
