CLOUD BASED INTERNET ISOLATION SERVICE

The Defense Information Systems Agency/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization, 2300 East Drive, Scott AFB IL 62225, intends to compete a requirement for the proprietary, commercial off-the-shelf, brand-name Menlo Security, Inc.’s Cloud Browser product, as a Menlo Security, Inc. reseller-provided managed service, providing the Department of War’s remote browsing isolation solution for Cloud Based Internet Isolation (CBII) service. The action includes the renewal of existing subscription licenses, the procurement of new subscription licenses, and the incorporation of Menlo Security, Inc.’s Highly Evasive and Adaptive Threats Shield with Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning capabilities to enhance cybersecurity measures.

The proposed contract action is for a firm fixed price Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)-based follow-on contract to the CBII Production Other Transaction Authority agreement, set to expire on April 14, 2026, with competition limited to large and small businesses that are authorized resellers of Menlo Security, Inc. and have an active Secret Facility Clearance Level at proposal submission. The regulatory authority for other than full and open competition is Title 10 United States Code 3204(a)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1(c).

The anticipated award date is no later than April 14, 2026.  The evaluation methodology selected for this commercial acquisition is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable in accordance with FAR overhaul 15.103-2. Further details, including how to obtain the solicitation, will be available on SAM.gov.
