    Description

    The contractor should provide WIGS in accordance with the statement of work section 3.0 Description of Wig Specifications and Assembly Instructions.  

    IMPORTANT:  A product (wig) sample is required to be submitted with each offer. Physical samples are to be sent to Mission and Installation Contracting Command 9410 Jackson Loop Bldg1425, Ft Belvoir, Va 22060-5134. Attn Carolina Banks Offers that do not demonstrate that it can meet the requirements will not be considered further for award.

    Refer to Addendums 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 in the attached Solicitation.
