COMBINED JOINT LOGISTICS OVER-THE-SHORE EXERCISE (2026)

The Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Daegu, 906th Contracting Battalion, has issued a Request for Quote (RFQ) to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) in support of Combined Joint Logistics Over‑the‑Shore (CJLOTS) operations in Pohang, Republic of Korea. This requirement is issued in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP).

1. Site Visit Information

A mandatory site visit will be conducted on:

Location:경상북도 포항시 남구오천읍 정몽주로 441 Myeong Jjamppong Restaurant 441 Jeongmongju‑ro, Ocheon‑eup, Nam‑gu, Pohang‑si, Gyeongsangbuk‑do, South Korea

Because the facility is located on a Korea Marine Corps installation, all vendors must complete Attachment 0004 – Base Access Request. Completed forms shall be submitted to:

Suspense:NLT 19 May 2026 at 1300 (KST) Late submissions will not be accepted. Vendors without an approved access request will not be permitted to attend the site visit.

2. RFQ Submission Deadlines

• Quotation Due Date: 28 May 2026, 10:00 AM (KST) All quotations must be received by this deadline.
• Question Deadline: 25 May 2026, 10:00 AM (KST) Questions received after this date will not be answered. Submit all questions via email to the POC listed above.

All sources may submit a quote or quote as applicable. However, the Republic of Korea (ROK)- United States (U.S.) Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA), precludes the U.S. Government from granting Invited Contractor or Technical Representative status to any offeror, for this requirement.
