COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION: FMC BUTNER - MEDICAL BED RENTAL - SUPPLY AND REPAIR

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision of Medical Bedding- Supply, Rental/Lease, Maintenance,and Repair services at the Federal Medical Center – Butner located in Butner, NC.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 399112 (Size Standard: 1000 Employees). This combined sonopsis/solicitation is being issued as a small business set aside. Organizations providing Clinical Medical Bedding  can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.

The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contracts with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a one year base period with four (4) one year option periods for renewal at the discretion of the Government.

All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policies and regulations. The contractor will provide delivery of Fall Prevention and maintance/repairs and set up services in accordance with the Statement of Work.
