    This is a combined synopsis and solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The proposed action is for acquiring engine module remanufacture and engineering support for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers, which will include requirements for workload augmentation and delivery of remanufactured F110 Shop Replaceable Units (SRUs), ensuring components are remanufactured as nearly as possible to original life expectancy consistent with Air Force (AF) requirements; provide technical and engineering support for the sustainment of the F110 system and associated hardware; and potentially accept, test, preserve and ship engines to the designated location(s) in a timely manner utilizing applicable technical data. The agency does not currently have specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described and cannot be furnished by the Government. The only approved source for this requirement is General Electric Company, CAGE 07482. Any responsible source, other than the approved source, who would like to submit a proposal for this requirement must submit a complete Source Approval Package (SAR).
