Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) in Orlando, Florida intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) IDIQ Contract. NAWCTSD has a requirement to support the Navy’s (CACT) program for the academic maintenance (MX) training on the C-40A. For all courses, the contractor shall provide all the necessary facilities (excluding mobile course facilities as noted), certified instructors, management personnel, scheduling and administrative personnel, materials, rights for use of materials for this contracted training and training devices, courseware materials needed for each course, and other services necessary for training for maintenance personnel to satisfy the requirements as required by the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS).
