This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. A site visit will be held and all prospective offerors are urged to attend. Site Visit Information: (a) Site Visit Date: May 14, 2026 (b) Site Visit Time: 10:00 AM (Local) (c) Site Visit Meeting Location: 136AW Civil Engineer Squadron, 100 Hensley Ave, Building 1671, NAS JRB Fort Worth, Fort Worth, Texas, 76127 (d) Instructions for Attendees: The Government will hold a site visit for the subject solicitation as noted above. To obtain installation access and the specific location for the site visit, interested parties must submit a request for attendance (not later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled site visit) to: 136.AW.MSC@us.af.mil and david.shamburger.5@us.af.mil The request for attendance must include the all attendees names (as they appear on government-issued identification) and the company name of each attendee. If confirmation of any request to attend is not received within 24 business hours of submission, it is advised to follow-up with the above points of contacts. Information provided at the site visit, as well as questions, shall not change/qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation. Any needed changes to the solicitation will be implemented via a formal amendment.
