This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.

RFQ W9124X25Q0016 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13. All responsible source(s) solicited may submit a quote that shall be considered. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quote.

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 effective 06/11/2025, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) Change 01/17/2025 effective 01/17/2025.

Prospective offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Products and Commercial Services, with their quotes.

            a.         If the representations and certifications currently posted electronically at FAR 52.212-3 in the System for Award Management (SAM), have been entered or updated in the last 12 months, and are current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation, then the offeror may write “N/A” in the space provided in 52.212-3(b)(2).

            b.         If the representations and certifications have not been entered or updated in the last 12 months or are not current, accurate, complete, and applicable to this solicitation, then the offeror must state in the space provided in 52.212-3(b)(2) which paragraphs, c - v, need updating, then update those paragraphs within the provision.

Set-Aside: 100% Small Business.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is: 722320 - Caterers.  The SBA Size standard is $9.0M.

The Product Service Code (PSC) designation is S203 – Housekeeping- Food

RFQ CLOSE DATE/TIME:        11:59 PM PDT on Monday, August 18, 2025

Quotations received after solicitation close and/or incomplete quotations that do not contain all the stated solicitation submittal requirements may not be considered for award. Interested offeror quotations shall be valid for at least 30 calendar days after the solicitation close date.

Description of Requirements:

(a) The United States Property and Fiscal Office, Purchasing and Contracting Division, on behalf of the 150th Support Maintenance Company, requires commercial boxed meals delivered for annual training exercise support during September 8-21, 2025 in both Carson City and Hawthorne Nevada. 

(b) There is not a current contract for this requirement.

(c) Specific requirements with performance dates are listed in the attached Statement of Objectives.

(d) Performance dates with Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs): 0001 – 0003 are listed on the attached pricing sheet.
