The Government will evaluate Phase I - Technical Proposals in response to this solicitation in accordance with the criteria described herein. Phase 2 down-selects will be subject to a Project Labor Agreement requirement in accordance with RFO Provision 52.222-33 and Clause 52.222-34. The budget for this project will be $79,600,000.00 The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, size standard $45M. NOTICE: Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment - Solicitation Module (PIEE-SOL) is the only authorized means of submitting a response to this Request for Proposal (RFP), any other form of submission WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
