preparing the compressor which includes LOTO, transfer of refrigerant from compressor
to another part of the system to completely isolate the compressor of any refrigerant and
general area cleanliness. The work is expected to take 1-2 days.
5.0 Deliverables: The contractor is responsible for providing the labor needed to replace
the shaft seal, returning it back to service.
Government-furnished property – IRT will be providing the new seal to replace the
compromised seal.
