    Description

    Provide all work detailed in the 100% Narrative and SOW provided by the A/E in the Bid Files. Contractor to ensure all work adheres to all specs provided in addition to all local, national, federal, and VA standards, specs, and guidelines. Before commencing construction, contractor is to provide an Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) plan for approval by VA Infection Control team. Infection Control severity levels will be taken from the ICRA’s enclosed in the bid documents, not the AE’s architectural drawings. Contractor also to phase work as necessary to ensure limited disruptions to veterans and VA staff.
