The purpose of this requirement is to provide CMS services to support the construction of the BEP new CPF building. The work includes field level CMS services to provide Quality Assurance (QA) oversight/inspection and contract administration activities. Due to the size and complexity of the project, the Government expects to have multiple discipline specific QA teams. During the peak placement of construction, it is anticipated that a range of 20 to 30 technicians, inspectors, and/or tradesman would be needed on-site daily for CMS services.
