CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR THE RELOCATION OF U.S. EMBASSY’S CHANCERY-ANNEX CONNECTIVITY LINE LOCATED AT NATUN BAZAR METRO STATION CONSTRUCTION SITE

U S Embassy Dhaka requires a contractor to relocate Chancery-Annex connectivity line consisting of four 4-inch diameter metal conduits at Natun Bazar Metro Station construction site. Work of this contract is comprised of placing four 4-inch diameter metal conduit in a 12-inch diameter protective mild steel pipe surrounding the conduits throughout the length of the connectivity, removing the existing pavement works, and redoing the same where necessary at Natun Bazar Metro Station construction site, Baridhara, as per specifications and drawings provided, including construction of pit and other necessary concrete works. The scope of the work is described in the specifications. All materials, metal conduit pipe, protective mild steel pipe, reinforcing bar, cement, sand, stone chips, paving tiles, labor, tools and equipment shall be provided by the contractor, except otherwise mentioned in SOW and shall also perform operations necessary to complete the work as well as removing, demolishing, dismantling existing works on proposed site. All the above requirements will be based on prior joint review and concurrence by the Government and the Contractor.
