Description

The government is seeking sources to provide contract support services to support development of performance work statements (PWS) or statement of work (SOW), independent government cost estimates (IGCE), Requirement Approval Documents (RAD), market research reports (MRR), Determinations and Findings (D&F), limited sources justification and approval (J&A), DD254 and other required pre and post award commodities and services contract documentation. This will include cradle to grave efforts from requirement package development to post award guidance.

This Request for Information RFI (RFI) will be open until 4 September 2025 @12PM CST. The intent of this RFI is to locate viable vendors/contractors that are versed in this industry, willing and able to completethe requirement. Respondents are encourages to send a capabilities brief, roughly 1-2 pages in PDF, MS Word, or MS PowerPoint format, and /or short email capturing experience in the industry, interest in the requirement, and primary POCs for their respective firm. The government is not soliciting official proposals, nor will the government accept them at this time. Be advised that the government will not be held financially responsible for resources or funds spent int he development of capabilities brief, email, etc.
