    UPDATE as of 15 Dec 23. The Agency has posted a follow-up pre-solicitation draft RFP at the link below. Questions/Responses are due 22 Dec 2023.

    UPDATE as of 2 Feb 23.   This procurement is still being worked, however, it has been pushed back; therefore, we do not have an anticipated release date of the offiical RFP.  If anything changes, I will post it here.  

    Q&A are still being worked from the initial draft RFP as well.  

    Please submit any feedback in regards to the attachments by 3pm on 5 Dec 22.  The Governmnet is NOT looking for a proposal at this time. 

    This is a DRAFT RFP.  The Government is NOT looking for proposals at this time.  FUNDS ARE NOT AVAILABLE at this time.  Ths is being posted for informational purposes only.  An amended RFP will be forthcoming and will contain more information along with a draft DD254 and Pricing Infomration.
