    The Regional Contracting Office, MCIWEST is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing commercially available repair parts, replacement components, and services for automotive, material handling, construction and civil engineering equipment via an on-site Contractor-Operated Parts Store (COPARS) in support of Southwest Region Fleet Transportation (SWRFT), which supports existing government motor vehicles as needed on an on-call basis.
