CONTROL SYSTEM MODIFICATION TO THE A-EXHAUST VARIABLE FREQUENCY DRIVES

The Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) at Arnold AFB in Tennessee intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Innomotics, LLC (CAGE Code 14J02), for a Control System Modification to the A-Exhaust Variable Frequency Drives. The full requirement is detailed in the Statement of Objectives with Associated Performance Parameters provided as an attachment to this notice.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as the requirement is available from only one responsible source and no other type of property or services will satisfy the needs of the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will consider all responses received via email by 10:00 AM CST on 25 February 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
