SUBJECT: SOLICITATION  70T05025Q7672N002- Conveyor & Components

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has a requirement for various items as identified in the Statement of Work.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

(ii)The solicitation number is 70T05025Q7672N002 and is issued as an request for quotation (RFQ)

Quoters are to provide a Firm Fixed Price quote to Contracting Specialist, Shenika Butler via email at Shenika.Butler1@tsa.dhs.gov and include a per item breakdown via the attached Pricing Schedule. Quotations shall be submitted on a Firm Unit Price basis. Quoters are encouraged to use additional discounts.

The RFQ is being solicited using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The instructions included will be evaluated on the following dates associated with this requirement:

Errors, Discrepancies, or Ambiguities

If an Offeror believes that the requirements in this solicitation contain an error, omission, or are otherwise unsound, the Offeror shall immediately notify the Contracting Officer (CO) in writing with supporting rationale. Offerors are

reminded that TSA reserves the right to award a Purchase Order for this requirement based on the initial quotes without discussions.

SECTION I – SCHEDULE

The Transportation Security Administration’s (TSA) Acquisition Program Management (APM), Deployment and Sustainment Division (DSD) has a requirement to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for gravity rollers and components to be shipped throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS).
