PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Contracting Department, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina has a requirement for a Contractor Owned Parts Store (COPARS). The contractor shall be responsible for providing all parts and onsite store operations. The requirement will be for a base and four (4) twelve-month option years to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. It is the Governments intention to issue a Time and Materials contract to satisfy this requirement. The proposed acquisition will be 100% set aside for small business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 336310. The NAICS Industry Description is Motor Vehicle Gasoline Engine and Engine Parts Manufacturing. The Government will solicit and award this contract in accordance with FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR subpart 16.6 (Time-and-Materials, Labor-Hour, and Letter Contracts). This synopsis is not a request for quotes. The solicitation M6700125Q1035 will be posted on or about 15 days after this posting and made available on the Contract Opportunities Portal located at www.SAM.gov. It is the responsibility of the offeror to continually view the website for the solicitation and any amendments.
