COST-PER-REPORTABLE-RESULT CLINICAL CHEMISTRY TESTING

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.

The Medical Readiness Contracting Office -Europe (MRCO-EUR) is requesting information and conducting market research to identify potential sources with the capability to provide a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) arrangement for a clinical chemistry testing analyzer, consumables, and maintainance at the U.S. Army Health Clinic – Vicenza in Vicenza, Italy.   The analyzer’s salient characteristics and the annual type and quantity of tests are described in the attached “Contract Requirements - CPRR Clinical Chemistry Analyzer” and “Clinical Chemistry Annual Test Workload.”

Interested sources shall provide a response detailing their capability to blood chemistry testing analyzer and reagents in Vicenza, Italy.  Please provide the following information:

1. Entity name, physical address, valid POC email address, Web site address, telephone number, and SAM EUI number.
2. Capability statement confirming the entity can provide an analyzer, supplies, and incidental services in Vicenza, Italy.
3. Technical information about the analyzer and tests the entity can provide.  Commercial brochures and product lists are acceptable.
4. Copy of the Authority to Operate (ATO) or Authority to Operate with Conditions (ATO-C) for the analyzer.  
5. Questions about the requirement not addressed in the attachments.

The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes only.  This Sources Sought does not itself constitute a Request for Quotes.  The Government does not intend to award a contract vehicle based only on responses to this Sources Sought. All information received in response to this Sources Sought marked "Proprietary" will be protected and handled accordingly. Do not submit pricing information in response to this Sources Sought.
