This requirement for a Contractor to Engineer, Furnish, Install and Test(EFI&T) into service, a Secondary Crash Network (SCN) upgrade for McGuire Airfield and a Primary Crash Network (PCN) and Secondary Crash Network (SCN) upgrade for Lakehurst Maxfield Field. This upgrade shall provide a completely standalone voice-initiated and controlled mass notification system for up to 20 parties at McGuire Field and up to 30 parties at Lakehurst Maxfield Field, that directly support the multiple flying missions. All future references for Government Furnished Equipment shall be reflected as (GFE). All locations are on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
The procurement of the Crash Network shall be IAW the attached Statement of Work.
