Description: VA seeks to lease between approximately 19,000 - 21,000 NUSF/ABOA of medical space with a minimum of 110 parking spaces within the delineated area explained below for use as a Community Based Out-Patient Clinic (CBOC). VA will first consider leased space located in an existing building then build to suits and then new builds.

Lease Term: Lease term will be 10 years firm, and 10 years soft,  lease extensions will be negotiated separately and are not guaranteed.

Estimated Commencement Date:  On or about the 3rd Quarter 2028,  a earlier or later commencement will be considered.
