This project will include excavation, drainage, road reconditioning, surface stabilization, trail reconditioning and surfacing, and installation of new turnouts, vault toilet(s), aggregate and 2 AOP culverts. Work will be performed in accordance with FP-24, Forest Service Supplemental Specifications and project specific requirements. The work anticipated under any contract resulting from the solicitation will be started following Phase 1 which is currently anticipated to be completed by September 2026. Work under this contract requirement is planned for completion by October 2027. Magnitude of Construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible small businesses may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Period of Performance - 10/1/2026 - 10/30/2027
