PSC:  S201 – Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial

NAICS:  561720 Janitorial Services

Description of the service: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Custodial Services for the U.S. Army Garrison Darby Military Community (DMC)-Livorno.   The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform all custodial service tasks and frequencies as described and defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), Part 5 Specific Tasks and Part 8 Technical Exhibits, TE-5 Municipal Custodial Services Tasks and Frequency Performance Standards, except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services (If applicable, see Part 4 Contractor Furnished Items and Services). The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

Location of the work:  The service shall be performed at USAG Italy DMC (Camp Darby, Depot, and Ammunition Storage Area), Pisa, Italy.

Performance Period:  The performance period will be as follows:

Base Year:  10 September 2025 – 09 September 2026

Option Year One:  10 September 2026 – 09 September 2027

Option Year Two:  10 September 2027 – 09 September 2028

Option Year Three:  10 September 2028 – 09 September 2029

Option Year Four: 10 September 2029 – 09 September 2030

Method of Contracting: This will be a Request for Quotation (RFQ) resulting in a Firm-Fixed Price Type Contract.

Issuance of solicitation:  11 June 2025.

Response date:  14 July 2025, 15:00 hrs (Local time, Rome, Italy).

Site visit: The Pre-Quote Conference will be held via Teams on 20 June 2025, 09:00 hrs.  Please send an email to Ms.  Zanobini and to Mr.  Deluca, indicating your intent to participate to the conference and providing the names and email addresses of the persons that would like to participate.  A link with the invitation will be sent, before the pre-quote conference date and time
