This is a draft solicitation only. The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is issuing this DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Corporation’s Custodian Banking Services to provide an opportunity for industry to review and offer feedback and/or questions in advance of final posting. The Custodian Banking Services provide global master custody services for the safekeeping and asset servicing of plan assets.  This draft solicitation is issued solely for informational and planning purposes only – it does not constitute a solicitation or a promise to issue a solicitation in the future. This draft solicitation does not commit the Government to contract for any supplies or services whatsoever. Further, PBGC is not at this time seeking quotations or proposals and will not accept unsolicited quotations or proposals. Respondents are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this draft solicitation; all costs associated with responding to this draft solicitation will be solely at the interested party’s expense. Not responding to this draft solicitation does not preclude participation in any future solicitation, if any is used. The current Custodian Banking Services contract is PBGC01-CT-15-0006.
