This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W81K0026QA037 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC)2025-01-07 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Publication Notice (DPN) 20250117. 
This solicitation is for Custom-Fabricated and Custom-Fitted Prostheses and Orthoses required at Department of Orthopaedics, Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC), JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX Period of performance of 10/01/2025 through 09/30/2026. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 339113 with a size standard of with a size standard of 800. This procurement is being conducted as 100% Small Business Set-Aside. All eligible businesses may submit an offer, which will be considered.
