This announcement constitutes only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334516, Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing with a small business number of employees’ size standard of 1,000.

The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible quoter whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
