All required utilities, connections, and secure telecommunication distribution systems shall be fully integrated into the facilities. The project also includes but is not limited to a pedestrian bridge connecting the CNMF-MOF to the East Campus Building 5 (ECB 5); relocation of the Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) trailers; on-site/off-site roadway improvements; storm water management facilities; site restorations, reforestation; existing on-site utilities improvements; installation of new utilities; demolition of an existing building; and life safety generation.
