This is a design-build project for the complete design and construction of a two-story communication building, a two-story administration building with an antenna tower, a two-bay parking facility, and to provide furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) at Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Philippines. The communication building’s foundation and structure will be made of reinforced concrete with a flat concrete roof. The flooring will consist of a reinforced concrete slab finished with ceramic tiles. The ground floor will be divided into two main areas: one for operational activities and the other for administrative functions, including individual office spaces. The second floor will include additional breakout rooms, a command-and-control room, and accommodation spaces. An administration building will be constructed adjacent to the communication building, with minimum dimensions of 18 meters by 8 meters. The ground floor will include a receiving area, workstations for ten personnel, a conference room, a toilet, and a connecting entrance to the communication building. The second floor will contain a den and a cafeteria, accessible via an exterior staircase. An antenna tower will be installed on top of the administration building to support the end user's requirement for a robust and reliable communication network. A two-bay covered parking facility will also be constructed in front of the administration building.

Pre-Proposal Site Visit (PPSV). The PPSV is scheduled on July 23, 2025 at 0900am. Philippine Time. Participants will meet at the firing range area inside the JSOG Compound, Camp Aguinaldo, Quezon City, Philippines.
