DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Highline Internet. Seney National Wildlife Refuge requires installation of underground single mode fiber optic cable to provide high¿speed internet service to the new Headquarters and Visitor Center and existing Maintenance Shop. Highline Internet is the only broadband service provider currently serving this geographic area and will also be providing the monthly internet service to the Refuge.
JUSTIFICATION AUTHORITY:
FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements

This notice is for informational purposes only. This is not a request for quote, nor a solicitation for offers. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive acquisition.
