D--INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOTICE-GE

The Western Area Power Administration, Corporate Service Office intends to acquire on a Sole Source basis the purchase of the GE Energy Management Services, LLC (GE) software support for GE Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) Energy Management System (EMS) (GE PowerOn), Nexant, Inc. third party Software (Nexant), SISCO MMS-EASE, and TSMOnly. software annual maintenance renewal. The Period of Performance (PoP) requested is April 1, 2026 – March 31, 2027.

The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with RFO FAR Parts. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS/QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency. Capability statements must be received within 10 calendar days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government’s requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
