The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) is seeking capability statements from qualified Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) interested in providing Land Mobile Radio (LMR) support services. This notice is issued in accordance with the Buy Indian Act (25 U.S.C. 47) and DIAR 1452.280-1 through 1452.280-4. Only ISBEE respondents will be considered under this notice. Scope of Work (Draft Summary) The BIA requires technical support services to maintain and sustain Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and other communication systems in support of: Law Enforcement Fire and Emergency Services 911 Dispatch Education Programs First Responders Other agency operations at BIA-managed facilities The contractor shall be capable of providing service, diagnostics, configuration, programming, installation, and technical support for a wide range of radio and satellite communications equipment, including: Analog and digital land mobile radios Satellite-based communication systems Base stations and repeaters Dispatch console systems Related ancillary communication hardware The anticipated period of performance will include a base year plus four (4) option years. Services will be required at various BIA and tribal locations across the United States. Requested Information Interested ISBEE firms are encouraged to submit a capability statement of no more than 3 pages that includes: Company name, UEI number, and contact information ISBEE certification or tribal affiliation documentation Relevant past performance or experience providing LMR or radio communications support Technical capabilities, OEM certifications (e.g., Motorola, Harris, etc.), or geographic service areas NAICS code alignment and business size under NAICS 811213 Disclaimer This Sources Sought is not a solicitation or request for proposal.
