The Executive Office of the President, U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) requires an enterprise-wide license to a commercial global trade database subscription service. Acquiring this type of subscription service is crucial for USTR to successfully accomplish its mission. To meet USTR¿s specific requirements, Trade Data Monitor provides official import and export merchandise trade for over one-hundred and thirty countries and maintains an extensive database in real-time. This compilation of the data includes a graphical user interface that is both effective in its presentation and efficient in its use. This tool possesses information regarding tariffs and tariff schedules, allowing the user to check the percentage of additional tariffs imposed on certain supplies by various countries. A 12-month base period and three (3), 12-month option periods are contemplated for this acquisition. This notice of intent to sole source is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider responses received no later than 2:00 PM, EST on September 05, 2025. Responses shall be submitted to Lydia_Schickler@ibc.doi.gov. Please indicate in the subject of your email: Notice of Intent Submission Trade Data Monitor. Responses shall include, at a minimum, the following information: 1. The name of your company; 2. Company Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) and CAGE Code; 3. Point of Contact, and secondary contact, information; 4. The specific product(s) that your company offers that fulfills the same function. 5. A description of that product(s) and its overall capabilities. The Government will not seek additional information from your company if you fail to provide sufficient evidence of having a product capable of meeting the Government's needs. Information received will normally be considered for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. This is not a request for quote or proposals.
