YELL 2026 CIS SYSTEM BASE OF + 4 CONTRACT

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT AND NOT A COMPETITIVE REQUEST FOR QUOTE.

The National Park Service, CONOPS Central, Northern Rockies Major Acquisition Buying Office, intends to issue a Sole Source award CAD Maintenance/Support for Yellowstone National Park in Yellowstone National Park, WY.

Maintenance/Support contract to service, update and maintain Yellowstone National Parks Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System.

The National Park Service intends to procure CAD Maintenance/Support from one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). This will be a commercial acquisition using simplified acquisition procedures and will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 541511 with a Small Business Size Standard of $34 million. This is a Sole Source Notice and not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available with this notice. Any firm that believes it has the capabilities to provide maintenance and support of this consultation service may contact the Contract Specialist, Sharon LaRosa at Sharon_larosa@nps.gov for more information regarding the requirement or specifications. A determination not to compete this proposed order based on responses to this notice will be made at the discretion of the Government. Information received as a result of this notice will be considered for support of the Government's determination to support of a non-competitive strategy.
