ITEM # DESCRIPTION EST QTY UNIT 1 Syngo.via VB40 VB80 SW UPGRADE 1 unit 2 Syngo.via to Automate / Routine 1 unit The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Long Beach, intends to award a new Firm Fixed Price, Single Source contract to Siemens Medical Solutions USA, the sole provider of software maintenance and support for its proprietary software products, which includes the Syngo.via software. Awarding this contract directly to Siemens Medical Solutions USA the sole provider of software maintenance and support for its proprietary software products, including Syngo.via ensures the VA maintains continuity of service and support for these critical systems, leverages Siemens technical expertise and exclusive access to necessary proprietary components, and aligns with government security and operational standards.
