DAFB NOTICE OF INTENT TO RAISE MACC IDIQ CEILING

The 436th Contracting Squadron, Dover Air Force Base (DAFB), DE intends to award sole source contracts to the 8 current Multiple Award Construction Contract {MACC) contract holders, Eastern Const. & Electric, DCM Architecture & Engineering, LLC., Stampede Ventures, Inc., MAGNA JV , - Benaka Inc., Mountain Consulting, Inc.,  Sheela, Inc., Custom Mechanical Systems, Corp., in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. Only one source is capable of responding due to the unique or specialized nature of the work. The purpose of the sole source is to increase the ceiling level of the MACC IDIQ by $28.5 million from $70 million to $98.5 million. This increase allows for continued mission essential work to be performed at DAFB until the end of the period of performance of 19 February 2028 and the fol­low-on contracts are awarded in 2028.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS.

No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. No award will be made based on quotes or offers received in response to this no­ tice. The NAICS code for this requirement is 236220.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to meet this requirement by 1:00PM EST on 19 August 2025. Additionally, any response to this notice must show clear, compelling, and convincing evidence that competition will be advantageous to the Government. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only. No reimbursement for any costs connected with providing capability information will be provided.
