    Preventative Maintenance needed for the FFDO simulators used during FFDO Recurrent Training at the Dallas RTP Training Center. The Preventative Maintenance Visit will include: 2 Technicians from Newton Design LLC, Catoosa, OK to work on the maintenance needed for the simulators up to 2 days. It will include the following costs: Travel & Lodging Cost Preventive Maintenance Cost Parts Cost Tasks to be performed: 8 Cockpit cameras to be replaced by self-focusing cameras. Panel above captain’s seat in the 767 has come lose and is hanging down and needs to be fixed or replaced. Sprinkler heads have come loose in both the 737 and 767 cockpits and needs to be fixed or replaced. A Jump seat has come loose in the 767 cockpit and needs to be fixed or replaced. Cabin speaker on the 767 cockpit is inoperable and needs to be fixed or replaced. The chaotic lighting in Platform 4 is not functioning and needs to be fixed or replaced. The fan in the ECQ cockpit simulator (223986) is not working and needs to be fixed or replaced. One of the smoke generators in Platform 4 can only be utilized manually at the unit not from the control board. The smoke generator needs to be fixed to work from the control board. There is also some trim coming loose from Platform 4 and exposing sharp corners. The trim needs to be fixed or replaced.
