The objective is to allow the Contractor to continue providing program support for study operations, data collection, management, analysis, and reporting and development of methodological packages and software. This extension is to prevent a break of mission critical services while providing the Government adequate time to continue acquisition planning for the recompetition of these services on a competitive basis. This action is conducted under the authority of the GSA Multiple-Award Schedule (GSA MAS) program.
