    Description

    The U.S. Geological Survey, Water Mission Area, Earth System Processes Division, has a requirement to access a database that provides industry supplied information on data center growth: locations, impacts, and demand drivers as described in Attachment 1 statement of work.

    The firm, fixed-price contract is for a base year plus two option years.

    Quotes shall provide pricing for the base year and two option years, and technical capabilities to perform the work. The basis of award is lowest-price technically acceptable (see E.7. Evaluation). Quote submissions are due on or before 2/19/2026. The anticipated award date is 3/01/2026.

    The acquisition is not a small business set-aside. The NAICS is 518210. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract.

    All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the government. All correspondence and quotes MUST be emailed to sruggles@usgs.gov.
